Eligibility
AmazingSamples.com sample giveaways are available only to residents of the United States of America who are 18 years of age and older and who have a valid e-mail address. |

Conditions
In order to receive a sample being offered by AmazingSamples.com, surfer must meet all eligibility requirements and must fully complete all steps of an electronic sample request form. Upon full completion of all steps of the sample request form, the surfer will be sent an e-mail that contains instructions on how to claim their sample. There is a limit of one sample per household. AmazingSamples.com reserves the right to substitute samples of one type for samples of another type at its sole discretion. |

AmazingSamples.com and participating promotional companies, if any (collectively "Sponsors") and the affiliates, partners, parents, subsidiaries, directors, officers, shareholders, employees, and agents of each (collectively "Related Parties") are in no way responsible or liable for damage, loss or injury resulting from computer malfunctions, late, lost or misdirected sample requests resulting from computer malfunctions, late, lost or misdirected sample deliveries, or acceptance and use of the samples. Sample recipients assume liability for injuries caused or claimed to be caused by use of any sample provided by AmazingSamples.com. By requesting a sample, surfer agrees that no claim relating to such losses or injuries shall be asserted against sponsors and/or related parties. |

AmazingSamples.com reserves the right to cancel any of its sample giveaways at any time for any reason, without notice or restrictions. |
